Since it was created in 2006, La Palabre Belgium acts for the defence of the most vulnerable populations. It mainly acts through awareness campaign on issues such as female genital mutilations and early marriage. Those campaigns are run in schools in order to reach a young audience.

It also organises trainings on issues of violence against women and girls.

Furthermore, it participates in events on human rights and more particularly on the rights of women and children. Its goal is to raise the awareness of the public on such topics.
